BRENTWOOD, CA — Traffic law enforcement led to the interception of two fugitives.
Sascha Holley, 50, of Antioch and Julius D. Parker, 20, of Concord, were stopped by Brentwood police for a traffic violations, and found themselves headed to jail.
An officer observed a car with no license plates on Lone Tree Way on March 5, near Winco Foods
grocery store. The officer conducted at traffic stop at approximately 2:30 a.m. Turns out this driver was
a fugitive from the law.
“The driver, later identified as Holley initially provided a false name in an attempt to evade identification,” Brentwood police said in a prepared statement. “Holley had two outstanding felony warrants.”
Further investigation revealed that Holley was driving a car reported stolen. A search of the car turned
up drug paraphernalia and multiple license plates.
Police also found in his possession a pellet gun and two magazines. Holley was booked for receiving a stolen vehicle, giving false information to an officer,
drug paraphernalia, and outstanding warrants.
Holley has multiple prior arrests on record. His previous arrests pertained to vehicle thefts, possession
of controlled substances, among other offenses. He has been arrested 12 times since 2012.
In a separate incident, on March 4. an officer patrolling Lone Tree Way, near Highway
4, conducted a traffic stop, and spotted drugs inside the vehicle.
A search of the vehicle turned up a loaded firearm. Parker was booked carrying a concealed firearm, and carrying a loaded firearm.
