Visalia Man Arrested for Series of Armed Robberies at Kings Gift Shop

VISALIA, CA  —  ”On March 21, 2025, Visalia police responded to a report of an armed robbery at Kings Gift Shop, located in the 1900 block of West Princeton Avenue.

During their investigation, officers discovered that a man entered the store armed with a firearm and stole approximately $1,500 in cash. Detectives from the Violent Crimes Unit took over the case and soon learned that the same suspect had committed two additional armed robberies at the same location.

The first robbery occurred on March 14, 2025, when the suspect took around $2,900, and the second happened on March 17, 2025, with the suspect stealing about $1,700.

Through their investigation, detectives identified the suspect as 40-year-old Ignacio Juarez of Visalia. Surveillance was conducted, and this morning, Juarez was arrested without incident with assistance from patrol officers and the H.O.P.E. team.

Juarez was booked into the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility on charges of armed robbery.”
