Motorist Arrested After Allegedly Fleeing Deputy, Crashing Into Other Motorist

STOCKTON, CA — “Shortly after 6:00 PM, Deputies attempted a traffic stop near Flemons Ave and Mariposa Rd in Stockton, when the driver failed to yield, leading to a two-mile pursuit. The suspect driver, with outstanding Felony Warrants, drove with complete disregard for the public’s safety. The pursuit ended near 8th Street and Airport Way when the suspect wrecked into a civilian vehicle.
The civilian driver was transported to the hospital for treatment with non life threatening injuries. Both suspects were taken into custody pending charges. A search of the suspect’s vehicle resulted in the discovery of three bags (approximately an ounce) of methamphetamine.”
