Tulare County Sheriff’s Deputies Recover Stolen Tractor Trailer, Arrest Two in Lindsay

LINDSAY, CA  —  “Around 6 a.m. on 3/29/25, TCSO Deputies were called to the 20300 Block on N. Spruce in Lindsay for a stolen tractor and trailer.

Evidence collected sent Deputies to the 17900 Block of Road 238 in Strathmore, where they found the stolen tractor. There, Deputies contacted 42-year-old Joseph Sierra of Strathmore for the stolen property. Deputies also arrested 36-year-old Cindy Arredondo out of Strathmore on outstanding warrants.

Additional information lead Deputies to the 900 Block of W. Teapot Dome, where the stolen trailer was found attached to a stolen truck, unrelated to this case.
