Man Arrested for Numerous Sexual Crimes Against Children Throughout California & Nevada – Detectives Fear There Are More Victims

SACRAMENTO, CA — “The Sacramento Valley Hi-Tech Crimes Task Force was made aware of a Google account uploading videos and images of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) (commonly referred to as Child Pornography) from a location in Sacramento County. Google made a Cybertip referral to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and specifically advised some of the content being uploaded appeared to be newly created or produced CSAM. Detectives identified the account holder as 39-year-old Adam Fitzgerald Williams. Additional evidence revealed Williams had recorded himself performing various acts of sexual abuse with multiple female children. The children ranged in age from infant to pubescent over a span of numerous years throughout California and Nevada.
On March 28, 2025, Williams was taken into custody at his residence. Williams was in possession of thousands of CSAM images involving toddlers, prepubescent children, and pubescent children. Williams also possessed thousands of images of computer-generated/Artificial Intelligence (AI) CSAM which showcased infants, toddlers, and prepubescent children. Detectives learned of at least 10 of Williams’ victims, but fear there are more.
Williams is currently in custody at the Sacramento County Main Jail and is currently being held on $1,000,000.00 bail for numerous charges including:
• PC 288(a): Lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14

• PC 311.11(c)(1): Possession in excess of 600 images of child pornography
• PC 311.4(c):Production of child pornography
