DOUGLAS CITY- On November 29th law enforcement representatives from Trinity County served a search warrant at a property on Indian Creek Road.

This most recent operation “stemmed from the previous two search warrants involving 44-year-old Christopher Carson and the unlawful sales of marijuana.”
At the end of the search, officers confiscated 1,351 marijuana plants. They also seized a loaded handgun. Finally, they “uncovered numerous Fish and Game violations relating to diverting water and allowing deleterious material to pass into state waters.”

Carson was charged with possessing marijuana for sale, and 4 other various environmental violations.
The agencies involved include – Trinity County Sheriff’s Office, CA Department of Fish and Wildlife and Trinity County Environmental Health.
