SAN MATEO – A phone call from the CVS pharmacy on January 22nd led to the arrest of three people for various charges. At the pharmacy, located at 4242 S El Camino Real, a female attempted to fill a “fraudulent prescription for a large amount of codeine.”
Arriving officers were able to make contact with the suspect as she walked toward a 4-door Nissan containing two males. Unbeknownst to the officers, a concealed and loaded handgun was also in the car.
The two males were reluctant to show their hands, and one of them actually fled on foot with officers in pursuit. Officers then set up a perimeter around Metro Church at 41509 Picadilly Lane.
Eventually officers discovered and arrested Eliot Rodriguez as he tried to hide on the roof of Metro Church. They also arrested Aileen Su and Jordon Rush.
The numerous charges for the trio include forgery, identity theft, conspiracy, burglary, carrying a loaded firearm in a public place and forging prescriptions.
