On March 3rd Dynasty Alexander’s 18-year old body was found on the 19700 block of Hosfield Drive in Tulare near an orchard.
Detectives of Tulare County Sheriff’s Violent Crimes noted Alexander had visible trauma to her upper torso. Her body was to be examined to determine cause of death.

Several tips lead detectives to 52-year old William Watson of Porterville as their suspect.
Additionally, video showing Watson offer Alexander a ride was uncovered. After 12 hours of constant surveillance, Watson was arrested during a traffic stop in Porterville on March 5th.
On March 7th, Tulare County’s Coroner’s Office released Dynasty Alexander’s death was caused by a single gunshot wound to her upper torso.
Watson is in custody at the Adult Pre-Trial Facility in Visalia. His charges are vandalism, driving on a suspended license, and murder. He will stay in jail until, at least, his next court date on March 14th, unless he posts his $170,000 bail.
