JACKSON RANCHERIA – Early on the morning of Friday April 19th, Tribal Security from the Jackson Rancheria called the Amador County Sheriff’s Office to report a robbery of one of its patrons.
Apparently a female suspect snatched a cash voucher from a female victim while a male accomplice held the victim back. This action led to minor bruising of the victim.
Security at the casino followed the suspects to their vehicle and obtained their license plate identification. In addition, surveillance video captured the incident.
Further investigation of the license plate number provided law enforcement with a photo of the female suspect. The victim positively identified her attacker as the woman in the photo.
With this information in hand, deputies discovered the residence where the suspects lived. They arrived at the Lake Amador residence and promptly arrested 43-year-old Dawn Laraye King and 57-year-old Ronald Marko Lance. The duo were charged with robbery and conspiracy.
