Several complaints of narcotic activity led the Visalia Police Department’s Narcotic and Special Enforcement Unit to take interest in a Visalia home.
A search warrant was served at the 2627 West Midvalley residence the afternoon of August 7th. Suspicion proved valid as police found two shotguns, ammunition, counterfeit money, material associated with identify theft, and 47 grams of methamphetamine.
Three individuals were arrested: Joab Johnson, 47-year old facing charges of felon in possession of a firearm, ammunition, and narcotic sales; Heath Johnson, 49-year old facing charges of with possession of methamphetamine; and Danielle Blevins, 32-year old arrested for an active felony warrant. She faces charges of providing police with false information, possession of burglar’s tools, and unlawfully driving or taking a vehicle. She remains at the Bob Wiley Detention Facility while the Johnsons have since bonded out of the Tulare County Jail.
A fourth person, 47-year old Cindy Walker was arrested for an active misdemeanor warrant. She was released with a citation to appear in court.
The counterfeit money and identify theft making material has sparked a separate investigation.
