Salinas Police arrest gang members, confiscate narcotics at apartment complex

SALINAS — Police have announced the arrest of four people and confiscation of narcotics after serving a search warrant at an apartment complex.
On the afternoon of Wednesday, August 21, officers observed two active Norteno gang members leaving an apartment at Cambridge Court apartments. When they detained them at the pool, the officers discovered they were in possession of two unregistered (and loaded) firearms.
They then served the warrant at the apartment and uncovered cash, cocaine, and marijuana for sales.
