Police and parole office pounce on three felons
Three Atascaderans were placed into custody for weapon and drug charges after police and the parole office teamed up on Wednesday.
Police say the three were Reginald Arguelles, 31, Raymond Arguelles, 27, and Thomas Kohl, 28.
Police say Reginald Arguelles and Kohl were pulled over in a traffic stop around 4 p.m. on El Camino Real, in the parking lot of Hawkins Plaza, and were then arrested.
Atascadero police say they found the other Arguelles on El Camino near Traffic Way. Both Arguelles were arrested for suspicion of possessing illegal drugs for sale, being a felon with a firearm and violating parole. He was booked into the county jail.
Kohl was charged with suspicion of possessing a deadly weapon and violating parole.
