Drugs, cash, guns, and suspects now in police custody following Kern County search warrants

Kern County authorities have announced the arrests of six individuals, as well as the seizure of drugs and cash, following the serving of three search warrants in Bakersfield.

On Monday, November 4, the Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit served said search warrants on the 200 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard, 8300 block of Tucana Avenue, and 2700 block of St. Mary’s Street, respectively.

When all was said and done, they had seized approximately 109 pounds of meth, which carries an estimated street value of $989,720, as well as 12 ounces of heroin and 2.8 grams of cocaine.

Officials also seized two handguns, one of which was stolen, and $13,513 in currency.
