CHICO — A man was arrested on suspicion of burglary last week after being caught fleeing a business he’d allegedly broken into.
Just after 9 PM on Tuesday, October 29, staff members at Coast Physical Therapy on Mangrove Avenue noticed a broken window and discovered 30-year-old Christian Berkeley inside.
Berkeley fled into a nearby alley upon being confronted, but staff kept an eye on him and notified police in the meantime.
Responding officers quickly caught up with Berkeley and took him into custody.
