The Citrus Heights Police Department announced another bait operation:
“Where’s the bait!? While in the area of Greenback Lane and Sunrise Blvd, Mr. Stephen Wyatt, who is a resident of Citrus Heights, found it!
Unfortunately for him, he stole bait belonging to the Citrus Heights Police Department and was arrested by our patrol officers.
Mr. Wyatt is on probation for possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics in a prison facility.
He has prior arrests for fraud, theft, attempting to evade police, DUI, vehicle tampering, probation violations, and narcotics-related charges.
Once again, we are glad we caught him stealing from us and not one of our citizens! #dontsteal #notonourwatch #baitteam1badguy0”
