The Lodi Police Department release this story on their official Facebook Page –
“On 01-18-2020, at about 4 PM, LPD officers were dispatched to the 2800 block of Sylvan Way for a suspicious incident regarding a Juvenile being chased by his parents, possibly under the influence of drugs.
Joshua Quigel (45) of Lodi, was contacted and was found to be on searchable probation.
A probation search was conducted of his residence where a large amount of illegal drugs was located.
Further investigation revealed a digital scale, indicative of sales.
Quigel was arrested for drug sales related offenses.
The juvenile was safe and is now in a safe environment.”
