The Napa County Sheriffs Department issued this plea for community help on their official Facebook page  –

“The Napa County Sheriff’s Office is asking that anyone who picked up the pictured subject as a hitchhiker between the evening of 12/11/19 and the morning of 12/12/19, please contact Detective Joseph Perry at (707)259-8673. Due to the nature of the case, the Sheriff’s Office will not provide further details at this time.”
