The Lakeport Police Department reports the arrest of an individual who stole a trailer on their official Facebook page –
“On 03/02/20 at approximately 5:30 PM, Ofc. Trouette and Sgt Sobieraj received information regarding the possible whereabouts of a stolen trailer we have been attempting to locate.
Officers, along with deputies from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office responded to the residence located near the 5000 block of Eickhoff Rd. Once on scene officers located the stolen trailer and through the course of the investigation Officer Trouette placed Gregory Brunner, 34 of Lakeport, under arrest for 496d(a)PC (possession of stolen vehicle) and 12022.1PC (commit felony while out on felony bail).
Brunner has extensive history of similar related arrests including, but not limited to, burglary, possession of burglary tools, receiving stolen property and vehicle theft.
We have information indicating additional suspects were involved in this vehicle theft and our investigation is continuing. Anyone with information is asked to contact us.”
