Vallejo police arrest four in alleged burglary
Four people were arrested at about 4 p.m. on Sunday after police received a call that a burglary was in progress, Sgt. Jeff Bassett said.
According to the Vallejo Times Herald, the four were arrested in the unit block of Ventura Street after police were notified of the incident. When officers were arriving at the scene, one suspect was found to be running from the front to the back of the location. The suspect was subdued with a Taser. Police also found a car in the driveway that was determined to have been stolen.
According to the Vallejo Times Herald, officers arrested Jamie Travis, 34, a Vallejo resident, and charged him with suspicion of burglary, conspiracy and possession of stolen property.
Police also arrested Michael Williams, 28. He was charged on suspicion of burglary, conspiracy, possession of stolen property, as well as resisting arrest.
Police also arrested Daniel Venable, 34, and charged him for suspicion of parole violation and possession of a stolen vehicle. The fourth suspect, Heather Colbert, 21, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy, police said.
