Here’s a brief from the Bakersfield Police Department on their official Facebook page about an arrest for sexual abuse perpetrated on three juveniles –

“On August 23, 2020, officers responded to the 8200 block of Ipswich Way and investigated allegations of sexual abuse against three juvenile victims ranging in age from 9-12 years old.

At the conclusion of the investigation Eddie Fowler (62) was arrested for multiple counts of sexual abuse of a child under 14 years old.

It is possible there are unreported offenses and additional unidentified victims. Anyone with any information related to this investigation is encouraged to contact Detective K. Schlecht at (661) 326-3850 or the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111″
