“On Thursday 9/3/2020 at approximately 1:15 P.M. in the 300 block of Page Avenue in Yuba City, Yuba County Sheriff’s Detectives arrested 27-year-old Tavari Hall of Marysville on a Ramey Warrant for a domestic violence assault with a knife that occurred on 8/31/2020 in Olivehurst.
On 8/31/2020 at approximately 1:40 a.m., Yuba County Sheriff Deputies responded to a 911 call reporting a female stabbing victim in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 5000 block of Alicia Avenue in Olivehurst. When deputies arrived on scene, they located a 28-year-old female on the ground, bleeding from a stab wound to the back. The victim was transported to a local hospital where she was treated and later released.
The victim reported that she was returning to her apartment when she found her boyfriend, identified as Tavari Hall, outside her home. She advised deputies that Hall had attacked her, hitting her twice and stabbing her in the back, before fleeing in a vehicle driving by a female identified as 31-year-old Brittany Gutierrez of Yuba City.
Detectives obtained a Ramey Warrant for Hall’s arrest and located him outside Gutiérrez’s Yuba City residence on 9/3/2020. He was booked into Yuba County Jail on charges of Domestic Assault, Assault with Deadly Weapon, and Battery with Serious Bodily Injury with a bail of $250,000. Gutierrez is also facing potential charges of Accessory to a Crime.”
