“Last week on December 24th, just after 1:30am, an officer on routine patrol observe a vehicle parked at the end of a cul-de-sac.
As the officer drove by the vehicle and the driver (and sole occupant) was seen slumped over the steering wheel.
The officer stopped to conduct a welfare check on the driver and knocked on the driver’s window.
While at the driver’s car door the officer could see a syringe full of a brown liquid under the driver’s forearm and many used syringes on the floorboard, in the passenger door panel and on all of the seats of the car.
Eventually the driver woke up, exited the car. The driver did not need medical attention and he was ultimately arrested for being a felon in possession of a stun gun, possession of heroin and methamphetamine for sales.”
