“On March 18, 2021, at 10:36 p.m., Stockton Police Patrol Officers responded to the 2500 block of Country Club Blvd on a report of shots being fired into the air and located the suspect standing near spent casings on the ground.
The suspect was a convicted felon and lived nearby.
A warrant was issued for his residence where firearms were located. Arrested was Fernando Laniohan, 36, for negligent discharge of a firearm and weapon charges.
