“This morning, at 1:40 a.m., Stockton Police Patrol Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the area of Interstate 5 and Country Club Boulevard and located a loaded handgun in the vehicle.
Both occupants of the vehicle were arrested.
Arrested were Thomas Romo, 31, for traffic charges and weapon charges; and Traneice Jones, 32, for resisting arrest and weapon charges.”
