“An alert citizen reported a reckless driver driving through town on Saturday.
Officer Alarcon located the vehicle and subsequently arrested 26 year old Torrance resident Jose Ibarra for being a felon in possession of a firearm and violating the terms of his probation.
Mr. Ibarra was booked into Yuba County Jail.
We are thankful the concerned citizen called us.”
