“Last night around 2 am, 120 minutes into the new year, a Sutter Creek Police Officer made a traffic stop on Ridge Road.
During his roadside investigation, he determined that the Lodi resident was on probation for previous convictions.
The officer eventually conducted a search and discovered over 35 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine that was determined to be possessed for sale.
He was arrested on narcotics trafficking charges.
As always, the Sutter Creek Police Department is thankful for the prompt and competent assistance of our law enforcement partners in Amador County, in this case the Jackson Police Department.
