“Merced – Merced PD Gang Unit arrests a gang member who is on pretrial supervision in possession of a handgun and an assault rifle.
On April 6, 2022 at approximately 11:00 AM the Merced Police Departments Gang Violence Suppression Unit conducted a search in accordance to pretrial terms at the residence of Antwon Robinson (18) in the 100 Block of East 13th Street.
During the search Officer Arnulfo Centeno located a loaded short-barreled AR-15 assault rifle and a 380 handgun. Several high-capacity magazines and gang indicia were also located. Robinson was booked into the Merced County Jail for possession of an assault weapon, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and possession of high-capacity magazines.
