“Two people were arrested in a traffic stop that yielded more than 50 grams of various controlled substances.
Jason Horner was stopped on I-5 for a traffic violation. During a search of the vehicle, officers located $621 in cash, 27 grams of fentanyl, 12.74 grams of methamphetamine, 7 grams of heroin, 6.7 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, digital scales, packaging, and stun guns.
Horner and Lily Celano were arrested and booked on felony charges.”
