Lancaster Brothers Arrested following Shooting in Santa Clarita
On October 31, 2022 at 1 AM, deputies responded to a call regarding shots being fired in the area of the 23400 block of Town Center Drive in Santa Clarita, according to a Sheriff’s Station press release.
At the scene scene, they reportedly found a man who’d suffered multiple gun shot wounds.
Deputies learned that an altercation had taken place inside involving two men, until one of them took out a firearm and fired multiple rounds at the other, hitting him in the upper torso.
The victim suffered life-threatening injuries and was immediately transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.
The suspect had fled by the time police arrived.
Along with the COBRA Team, detectives conducted a follow-up and were able to determine the identity of the suspect.
On December 12, 2022, detectives, the COBRA Team, and the Crime Impact Team all delivered a search warrant to the suspect’s residence in Lancaster, where they arrested Isaac Clark (23) on suspicion of attempted murder.
The search of the property resulted in the location of a firearm loaded with a high capacity magazine, which belonged to the suspect’s brother, identified as 23-year-old Isaiah Clark of Lancaster.
Isaiah Clark was reportedly on active probation and was also arrested for possession of a loaded firearm by a convicted felon.
The brothers were booked into the Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station and remain in custody.
