SAN RAFAEL — Three juvenile suspects allegedly committed violent crimes on August 30. All three youngsters have been arrested and booked into Marin County Juvenile Hall to face multiple charges.

The incidents of that day involved a white Chevrolet Suburban occupied by suspects wearing ski masks. While officers were investigating the first two reports, a third incident occurred.

First, a victim was beaten and robbed in the parking lot of Terra Linda High School. Shortly afterward, paramedics spotted the white Suburban in the vicinity of Kaiser Permanente San Rafael Medical Center.

Soon thereafter, SRPD received a report from another victim. This person was beaten and robbed on the 300 block of Nova Albion Way. The vehicle used by the suspects was soon observed parked near Munson Park. When officers approached to contact the occupants the Chevy Suburban sped away.

An officer followed it onto southbound U.S. Highway 101. It exited the off-ramp for Lincoln Avenue, ran a red light, and proceeded southbound toward downtown. The driver ignored another officer who attempted a traffic stop.

Multiple units were dispatched to Lincoln and Mission avenues, which was the direction the suspect vehicle was traveling towards. Finally, the pursued vehicle slowed and came to a stop, where officers were waiting for it.

The victims’ stolen property and other evidence was found inside the Chevy Suburban. The three juvenile occupants were placed under arrest. Their charges include robbery and evading officers
