Man Arrested on Multiple Felonies for Allegedly Shooting at Residence

“On November 30, 2023, around 9:57 a.m., Butte County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) deputies responded to a report of a shooting on Concow Maidu Drive, Oroville. Deputies arrived and confirmed an occupied residence on Concow Maidu Drive had been shot multiple times.
Deputies and detectives conducted an investigation and located evidence that gave them cause to believe the following occurred: Quinn Fallon, age 33, of Oroville, drove to a residence on Concow Maidu Drive, retrieved a revolver from his vehicle, and shot at the residence multiple times.
Deputies obtained an arrest warrant for Fallon. Detectives conducted an investigation and determined Fallon was staying at a residence located in the 9300 block of Marysville Road, Oregon House, California. Detectives obtained a search warrant for the residence.
On December 17, 2023, the BCSO Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Team served the search warrant. Fallon was contacted and placed under arrest for multiple felonies to include assault with a deadly weapon, shooting at an inhabited residence and being a prohibited person in possession of ammunition and a firearm. Fallon was later booked at the Butte County Jail.
During the service of the search warrant, Timmy Woods, age 39, and Amber Clausen, age 39, were contacted. Detectives determined Woods had a felony warrant for his arrest. Woods was arrested and later booked into the Butte County Jail. During a search of the residence, detectives located two firearms, methamphetamine, and ammunition. Clausen was placed under arrest and booked into the Yuba County Jail for felony counts of being a prohibited person in possession of ammunition and a firearm, and a misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance.
