“Yesterday, February 15, just after 2 pm American Canyon Police Officers were dispatched to Pick-N-Pull for the report of a theft. Daniel Subia III, a 29 year old Vacaville resident, was seen throwing car parts over the fence and loading them into his vehicle before heading south bound on highway 29.
Unbeknownst to Mr. Subia, he was driving right towards AmCan Officers when he decided to turn onto Donaldson Way (right by the PD). Mr. Subia was detained and during a search of his vehicle the car parts from Pick-N-Pull were located as well as an unserialized loaded pistol and suspected fentanyl and methamphetamine.
Whilst the car parts were returned to Pick-N-Pull, Mr. Subia was booked into Napa County Department of Corrections”
