SFPD Busts Tenderloin Narcotics Dealers in Multi-Agency Operation
San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) officers, working in conjunction with various law enforcement agencies, recently apprehended two individuals suspected of narcotics trafficking in the Tenderloin District. Jose Ramos Erazo, 36, and Jonathan Ramos Erazo, 33, both residents of Oakland, were arrested on May 23, 2024.
The operation, aided by the National Guard, San Francisco Sheriff’s Department, and the Tenderloin plainclothes team, resulted in the seizure of illegal narcotics and currency.
Upon their arrest at Bush and Mason Streets, the suspects were found in possession of approximately 1 lb of heroin, 6 kilos of fentanyl, 2 kilos of methamphetamine, and over $7,000 in cash. Subsequent searches of their residences in Oakland led to the discovery of additional narcotics and currency.
Both suspects face multiple charges, including possession for sale of controlled substances, conspiracy, resisting arrest, and operating a drug house. The SFPD remains committed to combating the drug crisis, urging the public to provide any pertinent information regarding ongoing narcotics-related activities.
