“On April 17, 2024, Gianluca Faia was arrested on multiple Felony charges after leading local law enforcement on a high speed police chase.

Today, Thursday, June 6, 2024, Mr. Faia plead guilty of Felony First Degree Burglary and Felony Evading and has been sentenced to two years State Prison.

Thank you to our local law enforcement and justice partners for assisting the District Attorney’s Office in holding another individual accountable and working hard to get criminals off the streets of Modoc County.
