“TCSO Detectives Bust Major Drug Lab in Visalia, Arrest Four
Over the last month, Detectives from the Tulare County Tactical-High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area unit (TNT HIDTA) launched an investigation into a DMT manufacturing laboratory in Visalia.
DMT, which is an extremely strong Hallucinogenic, is classified as a schedule One controlled substance and dangerous, caustic chemicals are often used in its manufacturing.
On 8/13/24, Detectives served a warrant at two locations in Visalia. As a result of those search warrants, Detectives found the DMT Laboratory, which was actively manufacturing DMT at the time the warrant.
During the warrants, Detectives contacted and arrested the following individuals:
49-year-old Rolando Custodio of Visalia for Possession of Methamphetamine for sales and active warrants
35-year-old Caitlyn Dudek of Visalia for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of DMT, Manufacturing of DMT, and Child endangerment
42-year-old Jessica Borges of Visalia for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of DMT, Manufacturing of DMT, and Child endangerment
65-year-old Shannon Borges of Visalia for Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of DMT.”
