Los Angeles Suspect Arrested For Numerous Crimes Involving Sextortion

“The Marina Police Department has arrested Adrian Collazo-Marquez (18) of Los Angeles, California, following an investigation into allegations of sextortion involving a 16-year-old juvenile via social media.
On September 6, 2024, Marina Police Detectives, in collaboration with the Los Angeles Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Regional Team and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) Southern Unit, executed a search warrant at Collazo-Marquez’s residence in Los Angeles. During the operation, Collazo-Marquez was taken into custody.
At the time of his arrest, Collazo-Marquez was found to be in possession of additional Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Collazo-Marquez has been booked into the Los Angeles County Jail and will be extradited back to Monterey County to face multiple criminal charges.
