Two individuals are set to be sentenced to prison in Tuolumne County for fentanyl sales.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Daniel Stephen Curtis, 39, and Gina Maria Chiodo, 43, were arrested in August of this year on multiple drug-related charges following an investigation that resulted in a search warrant at a residence in Jamestown.

The Tuolumne County District Attorney’s Office has pursued their prosecution for drug sales-related offenses.

This week, Curtis reportedly pled guilty to charges including maintaining a place for drug sales and possession of a narcotic controlled substance for sale. His sentencing, totaling seven years and eight months in state prison, is scheduled for October.

Chiodo also pled guilty to maintaining a place for drug sales and is set to be sentenced to two years and eight months in state prison in October.
