Stockton- The Stockton Police Department has arrested a suspect in an ongoing three year murder investigation from 2009. Victor Barraza, 21, has been arrested on suspicion of murdering Humberto Garibay, 24.
The murder occurred on August 29, 2009 at a Stockton house party on the 200 block of Beau Pre Street. During the party shooting erupted, which led to three people being hit by stray bullets.
