Dixon Man Held For Sexual Assault in Yountville

A 30-year-old Dixon man was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault after a Napa County Sheriff’s Office investigation identified him as a suspect in an April 13 incident at a spa in Yountville.

Elbrick Pasayes Albizures, a.k.a.Elbrick Pasayes Jr. was taken into custody Thursday, April 18, after the general manager of a Yountville inn reported that a woman said she had been sexually assaulted by a male masseur on April 13.
