Two Arrested at Massage Parlor

Orange County Sheriff’s deputies arrested two employees for alleged sex crimes during an undercover sting at a San Juan Capistrano day spa, officials said Monday.

Arrested were Sophia Phuong Hyunh, 51, the spa manager — on suspicion of operating a brothel — and Hoa T. Nyugen, 46, a massage technician on suspicion of prositution and obstruction.
