A Rancho Santa Margarita woman who allegedly shoplifted some perfume from Ulta Beauty wasn’t fast enough to escape Orange County Sheriff deputies on Monday.
With an OCSD helicopter overhead and deputies searching for her, Chloe Wright proved to be an elusive subject for about 35 minutes as police searched several shopping locations in an effort to find her.
