The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department has arrested an Elk Grove man for having and distributing child pornography, according to an official press release.
Humberto J. Lozano, 25, was reportedly arrested and charged with three felony counts of receipt and distribution of child pornography. He was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on Friday, December 20, and is currently being held without the possibility of bail.
According to Sac Sheriff, the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force received information that Lozano was trading files of child pornography with other people via the Internet and email. A state search warrant was reportedly served at Lozano’s residence in the 5100 block of Dipper Drive in Elk Grove.
During the investigation, detectives reportedly found out Lozano had recently moved, but were able to find him at his worksite in Granite Bay, where he was reportedly taken into custody and charged based on results from the investigation.
