Law enforcement is seeking the public’s in locating a fugitive, even though he may be out of the country. The Orange County Sheriff’s Department is hoping the public can guide it to Henry Nunez-Godinez, who is charged with strangling and murdering his roommate and co-worker, sushi chef Chang-Ho Jung.
Jung was found dead earlier this month in the Laguna Hills apartment they shared.
