Man Involved in Livermore Hit-And-Run Arrested, Charged with 2 Felonies
Livermore Police officials confirm they have arrested a man involved in a hit-and-run collision on Jan. 6, that resulted in the serious injury of two other drivers involved. Officer Traci Rebiejo says Bert Rosenthal, 53, of San Jose was arrested by Livermore Police investigators at his home in San Jose today.
“Rosenthal’s Toyota Tacoma has damage consistent with the collision,” Rebiejo said.
