STALLION SPRINGS — A probation search in the small rural eastern Kern County town of Stallion Springs on Friday resulted in two arrests.
Michael Perez and Nicole Richardson were both booked into the Kern County Jail on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
According to the Stallion Springs Police Department, officers said they discovered 80 grams of marijuana and three bags of suspected methamphetamine, along with property they believed to be stolen, when they conducted their search at a residence located on Arlington Place in Stallion Springs on Feb. 28.
Officers said the stolen property also included credit cards
Further investigation also promoted police to contact Kern County Child Protective Services to open an investigation.
