A caretaker working in an Auburn medical recovery center and nursing home was recently arrested for using a resident’s bank card to make purchases at a local store, according to an official press release from the Placer County Sheriff’s Office.
Amanda Marie Sinnott, 29, of Placerville, was reportedly arrested on Wednesday, June 18, 2014. She reportedly remains in custody and her bail was set at $50,000.
According to Placer County Sheriff, Sinnott was an employee at Westview Healthcare located in north Auburn.
