Home invasion suspect tangles with Sheriff’s Deputies, which never goes well
LOS MOLINOS — On December 14th at around 9:30 PM, Sheriff’s Deputies arrived at a residence on South Center Street after a report of a stranger trying to force his way inside.
On scene, deputies contacted the suspect — identified as 33-year-old Donald Gosnell — only to be confronted with hostility when he began throwing rocks and lumber and other items at them. By the end of it all, one of the patrol cars ended up with a smashed rear window. Gasnell was eventually subdued and taken into custody, though not without a fight.
He was then taken to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital for an examination, released, and promptly booked into the Tehama County Jail.
As if to punctuate things, it was also discovered that Gosnell was still on the hook for an outstanding warrant.
