SANTA ANA — A few weeks ago, authorities released a video and photographs of two burglary suspects who were wanted in a series of commercial burglaries.
A total of five separate break-ins occurred at the same Sprint store in the 3600 block of Bristol Street. In each incident, the break-in occurred between 4:00 and 6:00 am.
Further investigation led them to 23-year-old Robert Andrew Austin and, on March 6th, he was arrested and later booked for multiple counts of burglary.
The second suspect is still on the loose. He is described as a white or Hispanic male, 18-25 years old, medium build, and may or may not be wearing a red beanie.
SAPD requests that “anyone with information on the identity of suspect #2 is asked to contact Orange County Crime Stoppers at 1-855-TIP-OCCS.”
