Saloon’s License Suspended Due to Marijuana Sales on Site

PASO ROBLES — The Pine Street Saloon, located at 1234 Pine Street, has been suspended from alcohol sales for 25 days beginning on April 27th.

This action, posted by ABC, came about when an employee of the saloon illegally sold marijuana.

The employee, David French, sold or furnished marijuana on three separate occasions to undercover agents. He plead no contest and was sentenced to 60 days in jail and 3 years of probation.
