KCSD display items they seized in this case
BAKERSFIELD – With search warrant in hand, two teams from the KCSD entered a home in the 440 block of Sugar Cane Avenue. They were assisted by Gang Street Enforcement Unit and the Special Operations Group.
The search revealed 30 pounds of methamphetamine, 2 illegal shotguns and a large amount of cash.
55-year-old Michael Schallock was arrested for possession of drugs for sales, maintaining a residence for drug sales, possession of paraphernalia and felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Schallock has had previous arrests on September 21, 2015 and January 10, 2016 for possession of a controlled substance.
The street value of the seized drugs is estimated to be $700,000.
